 When using MgCooker and choosing only to generate tiles for the first 5
 zoom levels, this works fine, but if I save as script and run the bat
 file, the --scaleindex parameter seems to have no effect.

 MgCooker.jpg    - The setup in MgCooker.
 CommandLine.png - Output when BAT file is run.

 The BAT file has this line:
 MgCooker.exe batch
 --mapdefinitions="Library://Kort/Baggrundskort.MapDefinition"
 --basegroups="Baggrundskort" --scaleindex=10,11,12,13,14
 --mapagent="http://46.137.164.90/mapguide22/" --username="Administrator"
 --password="admin"
