 When editing base layer groups in Maestro the "Name" element of the group
 is not populated for editing in the edit control.

 Click on a base layer group within Maestro 5 (Head build)
 Expected result: current name is filled in the "Name" textbox for editing
 Actual result: the "Name" textbox remains empty

 Workaround is to manually type the full name for a base layer group name
 change/edit.
