 WMS resource is created and saved without any configuration.
 Raster layer : List of features empty.

 Correction/Work around: WMS source definition - click advanced - click in
 projection config field. Projection config window appears. Do nothing,
 just cancel out of it. Save the resource.
 Feature are now available in list of Ratser layer defenition.
