 These two methods have to be updated to support doubles (they are a valid
 PK type now):

 OSGeo.MapGuide.MaestroAPI.Mapping.RuntimeMapLayer.ParseSelectionValues()
  *
 OSGeo.MapGuide.MaestroAPI.Mapping.MapSelection.LayerSelection.EncodeIDString()
