 The mime types we assign to the WMS configuration document when the user
 sets the image format are wrong:

  * JPG should be "image/jpeg" instead of "image/jpg"
  * TIF should be "image/tiff" instead of "image/tif"

 For some WMS services, a configuration document with this bad mime type
 will cause the MapGuide to throw back a MgUnclassifiedException
