 We should consider using the WinForms PropertyGrid for editing Layer/Group
 properties in the Map Definition Editor.

 The reason being the PropertyGrid component supports editing properties of
 *multiple* objects at once. For a Map Definition with lots of layers
 (100+) being able to batch edit a series of layers (eg.  Turn on/off
 selectability for a series of layers) is an incredibly time-saving feature
 to have.
