New description:

 If you have a layer that has all style types and some of them have
 ShowInLegend = false, that setting is disregarded by the GETMAPLEGENDIMAGE
 operation.

 In addition, a layer with multiple geom styles will not render properly
 because the code currently always gets the first geom style regardless.
