 We should look at moving the HTTP implementation of the MaestroAPI to
 using RestSharp instead of HttpWebRequest/HttpWebResponse

 Using RestSharp not only gives us a simplified API to work with, but these
 APIs also come in asynchronous flavors, allowing us to the formally expose
 asynchronous versions of our existing Maestro Service interfaces.
