 OK - the changes to Oracle FDO may help with the timeout - nice to see
 updates to that provider.
 For this ticket, is the GETIDENTITYPROPERTIES on every class a problem
 with Maestro .LayerDefinition management or the underlying FDO provider
 schema handling?
