 The area covered by the tiles generated by mgcooker is higher than the
 expected area, when both situations occurs:
 - override bounds is set
 - width/height  of the specified area bounds is higher than tile
 width/height in meters for a specific scale (for example the tile width at
 scale XX is 1000 meters, and the width of bounds area is 1500 meters)

 The correction I would propose is on then attached image.
