 Mono: 2.10.8.1-5ubuntu2 (official package ubuntu 13.10)

 Connecting to mapguide server (2.4 or 2.5.2) fails with the following
 error:

 An error occurred perforimng a WebClient request.
 Error deserializing configuration section defaultProxy: Unrecognized
 attribute 'userDefaultCredentials'. (Maestro.exe.config line 1)
