Comment:

 The installer doesn't set MENTOR_DICTIONARY_PATH anymore, nor does
 MapGuide use it as a first point of contact (serverconfig.ini and
 webconfig.ini take precedence).

 This probably means what you have is some leftover from a previous
 installation.
