New description:

 Add mapguide-rest support to Maestro. At a minimum this means ~~adding a
 new IServerConnection provider~~ augmenting the existing HTTP connection
 provider with additional capabilities if a mapguide-rest endpoint URL is
 also specified.

 Other things nice to have included specialized editor support for editing
 restcfg.json files for the data publishing framework.
