 The new RenderTileXYZ method of MgRenderingService throws an
 MgInvalidStreamHeaderException when invoking the overload that takes a dpi
 and image format.

 The issue is that the image format parameter is sent over the TCP/IP wire
 with an incorrect data type (should be knString, it is currently knInt32)
