 The problem is that using basic layout and IE 10 without compatibility
 mode the Zoom slider command is not available.

 It is working with IE10 compatibility view, Firefox and Chrome, but not
 with IE 10 without compatibility view.
 It is also working with IE 11 without compatibility View.
