 Default id/password has always been the same.

 If you've running InstantSetup in a place that already has MapGuide
 installed, make sure you've specified different port numbers in the
 InstantSetup utility to make sure that your 3.0 web tier isn't
 communicating with your older MapGuide Server by mistake.
