 I've been finding that the OK/Cancel buttons in the map window (for
 selecting center/scale) are sometimes un-clickable (Clicking the button
 falls through to the underyling map viewer).

 I noticed these buttons don't have z-index specified. They should probably
 have a z-index applied.
