 Hi Bruce,

 This ticket isn't related to the mapguide docker image I've put on docker
 hub. It's more an idea of a CentOS/Ubuntu docker image (pre-loaded with
 all the required dev dependencies) that I can spin up to easily build the
 MapGuide sources in a clean/reproducible manner.

 I've made an issue on your github repo about some ideas/directions you
 could take this in.
