 Feature source connection for WMS and WFS needs proxy settings. The
 feature source content contains substitution tag:[[BR]]
 * %MG_PROXY_SERVER%[[BR]]
 * %MG_PROXY_PORT% [[BR]]
 * %MG_PROXY_USERNAME% [[BR]]
 * %MG_PROXY_PASSWORD%

 Server side needs to supports these resource data, and do substitution
 when use them.
