 Due to the adoption of [wiki:MapGuideRfc166], we will no longer need to
 produce a 32-bit windows installer, thus we no longer need to keep 32-bit
 binary artifacts of:

  * Apache
  * Tomcat
  * PHP
  * Visual C++ 2012/2015 redistributable
