 I've been playing around with making a read-only git mirror of MapGuide.

 One of the problems with the converted mirror is that it does not have
 links to CS-Map or Fusion, so the repo is not immediately buildable.

 Git's analogue to svn externals is submodules and in order for us to be
 able to add a submodule to a git mirror of CS-Map this svn repo should be
 re-configured so that its CS-Map in {{{Oem/CsMap}}} will point to
 {{{[repo]}}} and not {{{[repo]/CsMapDev}}} as it is currently
