 Was trying mapguide-react-layout against the 4.0 preview 1 release against
 the Sheboygan dataset. Selection (via QUERYMAPFEATURES 4.0.0) is failing
 with MgObjectNotFoundException.

 We must be doing something wrong when writing out the selection keys.
