Philip,

We have some machines setup with Windows 2003 for both development and
testing and we are not seeing this problem. I had a look and the only
difference is that you have mapped IIS to D:\Inetpub instead of the
default location. This might be the cause of the problem and is
something we will need to investigate.

I have a 2003 server machine with IIS 6.0 mapped to the d:\Inetpub
directory, .net framework is also installed .  When I try to install the
MgWebServerExtensionsSetup.exe with the IIS configuration option, I get
a
message stating "The required version of IIS was not detected on your
machine" and the install stops.  Any ideas?
