I don't think I've read that documentation in a while, so I'm not sure
what's missing.
 
Anyway, when developing your own site, it's probably easiest to copy one
of the sample applications (depending on your programming language
preference), change the layout that it's referencing, and start from
there.

Hi, 
 
This is tthe first I have worked with MapGuide and I have installed the
software successfully and run the demo site.   I am in the process of
developing a site with my own data. I followed the process in the
Getting Started Guide, but how do I actually put my site on the
internet?  I cannot seem to find the documentation to do this. 
 
Any help would be appreciated
