Did you try turning off the Access layer to see what the performance
would be without it?

I've started on migrating a Mapguide 6.5 file to a Mapguide Open Source
map. But the performance isn't very good. It takes more then 10 seconds
to load the map, and zooming in on an area also takes about 10+ seconds.
In MG6.5 this is about 2 seconds, which is acceptable.

Also, the service stops a lot of times. Maybe this is because the text
object are loaded from an access database with the FDO provider?
