Ah, there's all of the developer sample code that was discussed a couple of
days ago.  I agree that the dig report demo application is very cool.

In case anyone's missed it, the Live Gallery appears to have a couple new
examples.

- the PAT demo site that Chris posted a couple weeks ago
- an enhanced Developer Samples site with links to source code
- a very cool digitize-before-you-dig application

The AJAX "select" function in these applications does not appear to be
working on my PC...
