ECW Issues

My previous questions was as follows.
 
I have set up a raster layer in 1.0.1.  I can preview the ECW at the proper
scales in the layer editor.  I cannot see it in my map file preview or my
map layout preview.  It is turned on and scale is appropriate.  Any thoughts
or ideas?

 

 

It was not an issue.

 

There was bogus data in the ECW header and it was not showing up in the
right location.  I recreated the ecw and the header data worked fine.  So
does the rest of my map/layout.
