FDO provider for SDE

[Stone, Matthew (DHS-HISP)]

I have seen some posts about problems with this FDO.  I have seemed to
connect quite easily, but the moment I try to build a layer from one of
the data sources in my SDE connection, everything fails, and error
reports no connection?  Has anyone successfully implemented this FDO? IF
so, could you please provide a little more direction?  I am using the MG
Enterprise server and studio from the ADN site....
