Re-2: [mapguide-users] web studio - can't open site

Whatever is going on, the web server (IIS or Apache?) is not  
executing PHP as a CGI script.  Typical installation uses a port  
other than 80, so you may need to load web studio using:

http://<server>:8008/mapguide/webstudio/
