Insertation (reference) point of symbols

Hi,

all symbols has offset. It means, in the original drawing (dwg) the base 
point of each block (a simple circle) is the center point. But in the 
viewer each symbol seems to has an offset. The change of the reference 
point in MapGuide Studio is without effect. It's the same if I use dwg- 
or shp-format.

What could be wrong?
