Hi Farzad,

Do you mind sending me your Access database file?  In the meantime, Is
there more than one table in the database?  If yes, maybe you could try
modifying your .mdb a bit such that it only contains one table and let
me know what happens.

 Sorry fro my late,I reinstall Mapguideopensource 1.0.2 and reinstall 
FDO.R071, then create an ODBC then create a connection to this ODBC
(test connection is OK).In database I have a table
(IDCity,NameCity,LatCity,LonCity).Now when I want create a layer from 
this connection, cann't read the Geometry fields, I attached two 
pictures previous and Now status.
please help me.
