This add-on for Outlook will let you override the default file extension
blocking.  One of my main uses for it is .mdb files.

Farzad,

My email client (Microsoft Outlook) blocks attachments with .mdb extension
for security reasons.  Can you rename your file to a different extension and
resend it please?
