Yes, to clarify..

..when you say WGS84 You are talking about a way that a latitude and
longitude grid is placed on the Circular Earth (Globe) .It does not have
Meters or Feet as a measurement just lat and lon. When you say X Y in Meters
you are describing a Grid placed on a Plane and not a globe.so we need to
know what Grid it is being projected into (Coordinate System)..The Grid of
different Coordinate Systems have Different starting points on the earth
which means 0,0 could be in Wisconsin, USA or in Cairo, Egypt.so without
that there is no answer

 

A Teacher used to tell me to imagine walking South One Unit from the north
Pole Lets say feet..Am I now at 0,1 Meters XY????? No because it depends on
where I was facing.I could be heading towards Canada or going to Russia..
