Zoom With Scroll

can any body can help me that how can I Zoom In & Zoom Out using mouse
scroll over the map pane?
I want to zoom in when I scroll up & Zoom out when i scroll down.
If any one have any sample code then please send me or if anybody have the
concept then please help me.
