[mapguide-users] Sample website not working after upgrade to 1.0.1

I noticed that yesterday as well after downloading the latest .NET sample
code.  The code on the OSGeo site needs to be updated for this change since
InitializeSockets() and TerminateSockets() appears in 34 places.  The proper
code did come on the MapGuide Enterprise CD so it should just be a matter of
someone from Autodesk updating the site with that code.

The InitializeSockets and TerminateSockets functions were removed at this
release and are no longer necessary.

After installing the new version I am getting the following error from the
dot net sample application.

 

Unable to find an entry point named 'CSharp_InitializeSockets' in DLL
'MapGuideUnmanagedApi'

 

I have installed the new server and extensions, updated my FDO providers and
copied the bin directory from the dotnetviewer directory to the bin
directory in my sample application directory.
