[mapguide-users] Add more 100

Hi Oscar,
 
I would almost be willing to bet that this is a result of a bug in the feature service code that prevents more than 100 features from being returned at a time.  This bug has been fixed in the source, but there hasn't been another snapshot since.
 
It sure would be useful if there was some kind of automated build procedure so that we could get development snapshots.  Either that or a compressed version of the current source code.
