rasters, always rasters !

My map is in same projection, I use the “arbitrary X Y" because my projection
is not present in MapGuide.  I looked at the coordinates of the map and it
seems to me which does not have a problem of shift. In the file .dbxml, the
coordinates are the same ones as in the .tfw of origin. 
Where is it necessary that I look at exactly to be certain that there is no
shift?
