Sorry I wasn't more specific in my last email, it was a bit frustrating
and I wasn't even getting far enough to really give you much.  I tried
the fix that was sent me about the FCGI and it seemed to work, gave me
the login window.  But when I entered Administrator for the login and
admin for the password it wouldn't take it.  Said "access denied" after
three tries.  Also, when I try testing the site administrator and the
web server extensions as explained on pages 31 and 32 of the pdf I get a
404 error - Page Not Found.

Can you provide a bit more detail on "nothing works" and "do not work"?
What are the failure modes?
 
There is a known issue in IIS6, where the paths are not specified
correctly in the application extension for the FCGI:

I have tried installing MapGuide Open Source on Windows Server 2003 with
IIS 6.0.  I followed every step in the downloadable pdf document and
nothing works.  All of the pages it tells you to test at the end of the
document do not work.  Can anyone help?  I'm not sure what other details
to provide.  I used the phpisapi.dll and also set up fastcgi.  Could
that be part of the issue?
