[mapguide-users] speeding up raster display performance

Have you tried assigning your raster data to a Base Layer? Base layers
are tiled, with the tiles generated on demand. When generating the
tiles your raster data will get read, but as your tile cache gets
populated there will be less of a need to access the data, and you
should see better performance.

It's an option worth trying.

Subject: [mapguide-users] speeding up raster display performance

Hi List,
I am looking for ways of increasing the performance of raster display in
MapGuide. Is it possible to create something like a tile index, so that
only the tiles needed are displayed?
