[mapguide-users] Create Package

You can do this using the web-based administrators tool, or you can use
one of the commandline tools that I hacked together a while back:

This is assuming that you already have the data loaded onto a server.
Currently the only way to create packages for data that has not yet been
loaded is to use Autodesk MapGuide Studio.
