API Doc Search?

Hi,
I just installed MapGuide Open Source 1.0 and I noticed that the API help
document does not have the ability to search.  This applies to both the
installed version and the one on the osgeo web site.  The prior release API
help doc had this ability and was something I used quite frequently.  Are
there plans to bring searching capability in the API doc back?
