WMS Data Viewing

  I have established a wms connection from MapGuide to ArcMap, however 
I am unable to view the layers in the viewer.  The layers that I have 
published to wms are listed in the left hand column in ArcMap, with 
black check marks beside them, but nothing I've tried so far has let me 
view them.  I'm even trying to view the Sheboygan sample data and 
nothing!  Does anyone have any ideas as to where I am going wrong.  The 
path I am using in ArcMap for the wms is:
