[mapguide-users] search based on a value in a joined field

No, this is currently not possible.  This is one of the most desirable
features I can think of and an artifact has been already been entered into
MGOS project tracker for this.

Is it possible to create a search based on a value in a joined field?

 

I'm getting the following error when I attempt search a joined field:

 

An exception occurred in FDO component. Invalid identifier name '<Field
Name>'. Exception occurred in method
MgServerGwsGetFeatures.GetMgClassDefinition at line 207 in file
c:\build_tux_area\mgdev\server\src\services\feature\ServerGwsGetFeatures.cpp

 

Anybody successfully getting search results from a joined field?
