There is nothing wrong you are doing, this is expected behavior. The symbol legend renderer is drawing the symbol with a size big enough to fill the legend bitmap and it does not reflect the theme size of the symbol.

	the map frame, however the symbol only displays in one size in the legend.
	Is there a bug in MapGuide Studio, or is there something wrong with the way
