Hi Kencana ,
 
the difference between a curve string and a line string is that a line string can only have linear segments in a polyline while a curvestring allows you to have arc segments in your polyline.
 
And yes, one arc with only a tiny opening will make up a circle .... better yet two arcs without opening make a better circle.
