It's as designed.

Subject: [mapguide-users] Zooming in the DWF Viewer
Zooming around at blinding speeds in the DWF viewer, I often find myself
confronted by gigantic lines between map refreshes. It seems that if you
zoom in on a line feature (for example , Roads in the Sheboygan map),
the
line is scaled by the zoom factor , even though the line is specified
in
device space. Upon map refresh, the lines are displayed at their proper
width. This is different that MapGuide 6.5 which seems to keep line
scaled
at their proper width as you interactively zoom.
Is this a bug, or a feature?
