[mapguide-users] Does Mapguide support unicode?

As long as you set the correct font for the labeling and that font is
available on the client system (if using the DWF viewer) then non-ascii
labels should work. If using the AJAX viewer, you need to have the Hindi
font installed on the server, because the server does the rendering.
Luckily, the Hindi script goes left to right, which is the only way the
server rendering can handle.

Hi all,
Can we display mapgude labels any other language other the english
We would be using Map 3d to create maps and store them in oracle spatial
. The attributes of the parcels and lots are to be stored in our
national language - Hindi.
Is mapguide capable to dislaying the labels in any other langauge other
than english,
If it supports unicoce then i think it must be possible , Has someone
already implemented this ? can some one guide me ?
