Hi Tom,
 
I like the "moving files" fix better anyway.  I thought that there might have been some reason for the files to be in the bin directory.  Like a directive to make the directory structure as complicated as possible :)

Thanks for serverconfig.ini fix as well.  In case you were wondering why I chose this other more complicated method of moving files around, it's because some of the other documentation that we have depends on the files being in the FDO directory.
 
For the serverconfig.ini fix method that you propose, if you would like to add the extra providers (ODBC, OGR, etc.), they should now also be put in the Server\Bin\FDO\bin directory as opposed to the Server\Bin\FDO directory that is described in the ReadMe notes.
