MapGuideUnmanagedApi error after installing new 1.0.2

Unable to find an entry point named 'CSharp_new_MgWebLayout' in DLL
'MapGuideUnmanagedApi'.

I get this error now that i have installed the 1.0.2 Mapguide Server
install.   I have to added the referance to the web project.  Is there
something more i need to do with the configuration.  From what i have read
is that it is called when needed.
