Yes, I was already thinking of asking for some help.
I already have unit tests for most of functionality provider has.

Yeah, I'm psychic :)
Seriously, the earlier this gets integrated into the "official"
repository, the more testing can be done.
There are likely directory structure conventions you'll want to look at
before committing to SVN as well so that it integrates into the current
web of projects.
Will you (or someone) be setting up unit tests for this provider?
If you need a hand getting going with Tortoise (or command line) SVN,
I'm sure there are many happy to help.

Seconded. :)
It would be awesome if you could move it into the fdooracle.osgeo.org
SVN repository and it could be included in the build process...

Haris,
Do you have any plan of moving the provider to FDO 3.2 API?

I have released new version of FDO King.Oracle provider.
Version 0.3.1 features:
* Added support for spatial context (coordinate systems) and layer
extent
It will report spatial context and layer extend to MapGuide.
So when you create layer it should became visible immediatly
* Added Filter and expression processing support
You can set filter when query data. It can be spatial or/and
attribute filter
* Support for all spatial query types
EnvelopeIntersect, Intersects, Contains, Crosses, Disjoint,
Overlaps, Touches,
Within, CoveredBy ,Inside ,Equals
* Added support for executing any sql commands
Using FDOISQLCommand or MgFeatureService::ExecuteSqlQuery you
can run any sql command against Oracle database. You can read/write
spatial geometries and attributes.
* Changed Conection properties names for Service and Username
Bad: Existing data connections needs to be reset
Good: Provider can be used in Autodesk Map 2007. You can use
Oracle XE with MAP
* New connection property OracleSchema
If it is empty than it will look in all Oracle Schemas for
spatial tables.
If you set this then it will look in just that schema
* Linked with new version fdo 3.1 .R70 (MG 1.0.2)
It is available at www.sl-king.com/fdooracle
